God knows what you are doing.

This is my essay about Integrity. Integrity means doing the right thing and being honest. These characters that I have written about have integrity.

Integrity is going to be in these characters that I am going to write about. Integrity means being honest. I have chosen people from the bible that describes integrity and people that might not have integrity and their names are jonah and Esther.

How does Queen Esther show integrity?

Esther showed integrity by telling the king to have mercy for her people and save her people from Haman because every time Haman walked passed people they would bow down to him but when Haman walked passed Mordecai he didn’t bow down to him because he only bows down to one king only which is God. when Haman saw that Mordecai didn’t bow down to him he decided that he would kill all the jews.

How did Daniel show integrity?

Daniel showed integrity by doing the right thing by praying and worshiping God even when he wasn’t supposed to. If he prayed and worshiped God the consequence would be thrown in the lion's den. The law was made by the two presidents and the princes. The presidents and the princes made the law to trick the king because they were jealous of Daniel's love for God.

SUMMARY

These characters that I have written about have integrity. Integrity means doing the right thing and being honest.

My writing about technology.

This is the report writing that I have been working on. it is about technology and I felt nervous at first but then I got confident in my writing. The thing that was hard for me was writing the same word over and over again. And then what worked out for me the best was using words from a sequence card.

Technology

Introduction

In our class, every Wednesday students from kcs and Waimate north campus participate in a technology program. On the way to Moerewa people complain that there is too much noise on the bus because people yell, play games, and talk too loud. When we get to moerewa the yr8 do cooking first and the yr7 do woodworks and when they are finished they swap around.

Event 1 cooking

In this cooking class the yr8 cook heaps things like lasagna, sushi, muffins, and many things. When the S2 Class arrives at moerewa the yr 7 and 8’s get divided into their class groups. Firstly the yr 8 do half a worksheet before they start cooking. Afterward, the classes go for lunch. When the yr8 finish cooking, they all clean up and do dishes. When they have completed their tasks, They serve and eat the food. All the leftovers get taken home. The class will finish off their worksheet and in the end they answer questions and if they get it right then they can take a buddy, whole group or they can’t take anyone.

Event 2 woodwork

The yr7 do woodworks, and in woodworks, they can make stuff out of metal, wood, and plastic. Some people make phones, computers, games, and many things. In woodworks, its basically like cooking but it's not. They do a worksheet first and then they start making stuff that the teachers tell them or they can make whatever they want. When they go out for lunch they normally play handball, shooting hoops, or doing an obstacle course. When they are finished lunch they can decorate there work or they can do whatever they want when they are finished or they can make something else.

Event 3 coming back to school.

When they are finished technology they run to the bus and put hand sanitizer on and they sit down, when they are on the bus people are still loud. When they are on the bus they stop at this place called pakaraka buses. Then they hop on another bus and we get back to school

and they finish their work or if they are finished then they can go play.

And then they will go back into the class and get ready to go home.

The town underwater.

Me and my class have been writing about floods up here in Northland and I've been writing about how high were the floods, evacuated families, and pollution.

Northland floods

Heavy rain caused significant flooding around Northland. ... Whangārei District Council chief executive Rob Forlong said the flooding was the worst experienced since the central Whangārei floods of the 1950s. Chris McKeen. Heavy rain caused flooding, slips, and damage to houses and roads in Northland over the weekend this happened on the 17 to the 19 of July.

How high were the floods

Water moving at 9 feet per second 2.7 meters per second, a common speed for flash floods, can move rocks weighing almost a hundred pounds. Flash floods carry debris that elevates their potential to damage structures and injure people.

Evacuated Families

Some families have been stuck in their homes for a couple of days because of the floods. There might have been people next door to them that were stuck in their houses because their house might even be flooded as well. Their cars probably flooded to the roofs. That's how big the floods were, I think.

Pollution

People have heard that there was a lot of pollution going around in our country. People were saying that the sewage water burst out into the freshwater. The sewage water problems were very intense and people could have gotten sick from all the sewage water mixed with our clean water.

Ending

Lastly, in places like Whangarei and moerewa every place in Northland was flooded but mostly moerewa was flooded the most. The bridge in moerwa has really flooded our car nearly made it.
